After you place your order you via our website, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping:
All of the products on our website, with the exception of custom items, are in-stock. Orders received by Noon U.S. Eastern Time (Mon-Fri) will ship that same day. After 12:00 pm, we will ship on the next business day. We also keep close track of inventory, but if some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You will receive tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
Leistner Brushes Price Matching and Special Orders
Price Matching - If you find another retailer in the United States that has a better price or discount offer on Leistner brush products, we will make every effort to match that price or offer. Please note that this may not be possible in every case because if there is a retailer that is doing a clearance, we may not be able to match the price. Please send us the link to the retailer's lower price and we will let you know within a few hours if we can do it.
Special Orders - Teddy's Tack Trunk does not carry all of the Leistner brush products. However, if you see something that you want to special order, we can include your items in our next order. We normally order once per month and it takes approximately 5-6 weeks for delivery. If in-stock products are ordered at the same time as the special ordered product(s), we will ship in-stock items at the time of your order. We will invoice you for any special orders once they are received by Teddy's Tack Trunk plus the price of actual shipping or $6.95, which ever is less. Local Customers: We are an online only store but we offer our local customers free pick up in Sharpsburg, GA. Please contact us at 770-722-7661 to arrange a date and time.
Shipping in the USA and US Territories: We offer a reasonable, flat rate shipping for all orders.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please email us with the items that you would like to purchase, including your address. Within 24 hours, we will then send you a no-obligation invoice that includes shipping charges. There will be a link for you to make a payment if you choose to place the order.
This is the best way that we can provide the most economical shipping price by doing the process manually. All international shipping charges are discounted and we do not add additional handing charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already shipped. However, you can return your order for a full refund (please see return policy below).
You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make sure your returned item is in BRAND NEW condition with all tags, bagging, etc. We'll pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Once we receive your returned item, we will authorize the refund LESS THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING TO THE BUYER. If your order had free shipping or a discounted shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted. Normally, it takes 24 hours for U.S. orders and 48 hours for international orders for the refund to process.
